Project Management Clients

Age UK : Responsible for a stream of projects relating to the launch of a new Age UK website supporting the rebrand of the merged charities “Help the Aged & Age Concern”. This included the set up of new infrastructure and CMS to support Age UK, their national partners and up to 350 regional partners; migration of existing websites’ content; and working with digital agencies to design, build and deliver a single website under a new brand identity for Age UK and national partners Age Scotland, Age Cymru and Age NI

De Beers Diamond Group : Managing a programme of work for business. Liaising with internal business units and external agencies to ensure consistent approach and understanding towards deliverables for an international audience.

Trader Media Group: Worked on several digital projects with significant business impact including the replacement of the core search technology for the Autotrader websites.

Phones 4u : Led the team which delivered the end-to-end design & development, and support, of a fully functional e-commerce site for Phones4u and the selection and integration of a content management system for the company intranet. Worked within a project management role on projects integrating with the stores Point Of Sales system, in particular a project to introduce document scanning into stores.

Digital Support Clients

Standard Life: Standard Life centralised their digital operations function and wanted to introduce new processes and methodologies across the team to improve quality of deliverables within department. Sara worked with the business units across the group to define the digital strategy and agree a prioritised roadmap of delivery for 3 of their major online delivery channels. Working with digital teams to encourage use of best practice across digital technologies including use of social media, SEO and Analytics.

Com Tech IT Support Stirling: Com Tech is a small local business providing computer repairs, laptop repairs and IT Support to both home users and business clients throughout the Stirling area. They have designed, built and support their own website, and do all their SEO, but were finding that despite lots of traffic the website didn’t seem to be attracting new customers. Saja Ltd is working with them to analyse their web traffic and provide advice as to how they can improve this conversion and improve their customer experience online.

Cool Gourmet: Cool Gourmet are a start up catering business based in Stonehaven. They had a website built for them by a friend but needed some support in developing it further and enhancing their online presence. Saja Ltd is working with them to look at finding ways that this small business can maintain a website easily and effectively, use Social Media to boost their online marketing, whilst working within a minimal budget and coping with the resource issues that small start ups inevitably incur.
